Responsible for the development and construction of ground support system, completion of payload on orbit operation and scientific exploration tasks, completion of scientific data receiving, preprocessing, management and archiving, and providing long-term data release service. The ground receiving of scientific data is in the charge of Aerospace Information Innovation Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences.
